Blade Strings Ltd. - Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Blade Strings Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality instruments and excellent customer service. Our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent, and it is in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

 

Under the Australian Consumer Law, all products and services sold at our shop come with automatic consumer guarantees. These guarantees apply regardless of any warranty or store policy.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item you purchase from us has a major or minor problem. A problem exists if the item:

  • Is faulty, defective, or unsafe.

  • Is significantly different from a sample or description.

  • Does not do what we said it would, or what you would reasonably expect it to do.

  • Is not of acceptable quality.

If you believe there is a problem with your product, please contact us. We will assess the item and provide a remedy in line with your legal rights.

 

2. 14-Day Approval Policy

 

We understand that choosing an instrument is a personal and important decision. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a voluntary 14-day pre-purchase approval period for all instruments. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Approval Policy for full details.

 

3. Proof of Purchase

 

For all returns and exchanges, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your original receipt, credit card statement, or tax invoice.

 

4. How to Request a Return

 

To initiate a return, please visit our shop in person or contact us at enquiries@bladestrings.uk. We will guide you through the process and help you determine your eligibility for a refund, replacement, or repair.

Please note: Signs that state "no refunds" or "no refunds on sale items" are illegal under the Australian Consumer Law, and we will never use them.
